1.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase for prepaid orders. We may offer online payment methods and/or Cash on Delivery, subject to availability.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7 business days of receiving the order, subject to product availability and unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, courier service, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including name, address, phone number, and other required details.

2.4 Yawi Apparels shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier delays, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1 Yawi Apparels does not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges are available in case of a defective product or size-related issue.

3.2 Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3.3 For any exchange request, the customer must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing the package from the time it is unopened until the product is fully unpacked. The video may be required for verification of the issue.

3.4 Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, to be eligible for an exchange.

3.5 Size exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size. If the requested size is unavailable, an exchange for another available size may be offered, subject to our approval.

3.6 In case of a defective or incorrect product, the issue will be reviewed and verified by our team before an exchange is approved.

3.7 Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required packaging/tags may not be eligible for exchange.

3.8 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packed when sending it back for an approved exchange, unless otherwise communicated by Yawi Apparels.

4.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
